Faye Donnelly became a fully qualified personal trainer after gaining 5 and a half stone in weight due to personal and family circumstances. After moving away from her family, she became isolated and also became pregnant. Through depression, she slowly began to ‘comfort’ eat and the weight gradually piled on.
