Music plays an important part when it comes to a workout at your local gym, in a fitness class or when you’re out running. It acts as distraction, whilst increasing your motivation to complete your fitness session. One of our personal training courses is focused around you becoming an Exercise to Music fitness instructor and for any of our students who have a passion for both fitness and music, as well as having rhythm, then get in touch with Focus Training today.
The Fitness Magazine recently published the top five most popular workout tracks and here they are:
- Can’t Handle This, Macklemore and Ryan Lewis feat. Ray Dalton
- Wake Me Up, Avici (a personal favourite of ours)
- ‘Till I Collapse, Eminem, Nate Dog
- Don’t You Worry Child (radio edit), Swedish House Mafia feat. John Marin (a classic running track for us)
- We Found Love, Calvin Harris, Rhianna
The majority of gym-based classes will involve a choice of music from the fitness instructor and of course not everyone will like all of the tracks, but that’s down to personal taste. Your clients will soon forget what song is on, once they begin their workout. The Exercise to Music fitness instructor course will teach how to choreograph, maintain rhythm and how to successfully lead your own fitness sessions. So don’t worry if this is a personal training course that you would like to book onto, but you’re apprehensive about having two left feet, our trained team will guide you through it every step of the way and you’ll be the next ‘Step Up’.
