Firstly, well done to everyone who took part in the 2014 London Marathon yesterday! We’re glad the sun was shining for you and hopefully it didn’t get too warm for you whilst you were running. We can image that you’re feeling a little temperamental today and our advice to you is to take it easy.

Now you’ve got your fitness qualifications to successfully train your clients for big events such as the London Marathon, but what about for after the event is over? Of course your clients are going to need a few days to recover, whether it’s their first marathon or their 10th.
