Luke has had a passion for fitness from a young age, having trained for rugby from 8 years old.
After leaving the RAF Regiment in 2006, Luke studied a foundation degree and completed his gym Instructor and advanced gym qualifications at the same time.

Personal Training Diploma (2017 to add compliance, first qualified in 2008)
Level 3 sports massage (2018)
GP Referral (2017)
Level 4 obesity and diabetes (2017)
Level 4 cardiac rehabilitation (2018)
LES Mills certified – BODYPUMP, GRIT and CXWORX.
