Happy Saint George’s Day! We can imagine that the slaying of the dragon was a hard job to do and that our Patron Saint was extremely fit in doing so. Well you’d have to be really wouldn’t you? Of course it wasn’t as easy as that and there was a Princess to be rescued too, but George never gave up and fought all the way, and the rest is history; literally.
Like St. George, minus slaying a dragon, if you put your mind to something and remain determined until the very end, you will achieve your desired goal(s) more quickly and successfully; whether it’s to pass your Level 3 personal trainer course, or enhance on your current fitness qualifications.
