What are the requirements for the Sports Conditioning course?
Course participants will be required to hold a Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification, however it is highly recommended you also achieve Level 3 Personal Trainer status prior to enrolling on this course
You must also be a minimum of 16 years olds.
