Older Adult Personal Trainer

Older Adult Fitness Coach Course.

With an increasingly ageing population, it is becoming more and more important to keep fit, healthy, and mobile as you get older. Providing exercise classes for the older adult demographic is a rapidly expanding market, providing fantastic opportunities for fitness instructors and personal trainers to widen their current client base.

It is predicted that by 2030 one in five of the UK population will be over 60 years of age, so not only do we need to look after our diet, but our bodies too. This is where you, as a personal trainer, come in.
