During their lives, approximately 80% of adults will suffer lower back pain.

Acute back pain can make daily life difficult and the symptoms of chronic back pain can be severely debilitating. Sufferers often become inactive to avoid pain leading to further related conditions, but in the modern day of health and fitness, this is no longer acceptable for naturally active people.

With this in mind, there is a lucrative and very rewarding market waiting for fitness professionals looking to become a Level 4 instructor and working with this large client group.

The Low Back Pain course will teach you how to assess a client’s current issues, such as postural, range of movement, muscle imbalances, psychological barriers, then plan and deliver safe and effective exercise rehabilitation to reduce pain and improve quality of life.
