Kettlebell Instructor Course

Kettlebell exercises are one of the most enduring trends of the last decade. Using a unique combination of cardiovascular, muscular, and flexibility training – kettlebells offer clients a complete workout experience. Usage places demands on the lower back, legs and shoulders requiring a strong core to prevent injury. They are also excellent for improving grip strength.

That’s why we’re pleased to offer our own PURE Kettlebell Course – perfect for those who already hold a Level 2 qualification.

This course will provide personal trainers with the necessary skills to their own competitive and effective fitness sessions. This workshop covers a range of kettlebell exercises, showing you how to build them into programmes to deliver ‘circuit’ style training sessions incorporating kettlebell techniques.

    • The 6 grips involved in kettlebell exercises
    • An extensive range of kettlebell exercises for all clients
    • Sport specific exercises
    • How to incorporate techniques into a training programme
    • How these skills can be incorporated into a studio session

    There are a variety of skills that go into delivering great kettlebell training sessions. This includes perfecting different kettlebell movements, such as swing and jerk, and also incorporating these techniques into a fun workout plan for clients.

    This is a thorough and engaging course, making it the perfect choice for personal trainers who want to offer a dynamic customer experience.

    You will be given a course manual with further details once you’ve registered for this course.

  • How will I be assessed?

    Students will be observed throughout the course and provided with professional feedback whenever necessary.

  • What are the requirements to enrol on the PURE Kettlebell Course?

    • Course participants must hold a Level 2 qualification before enrolling on this workshop.
    • You must be 16 years or older.
