This hosts our manual (a hard copy version can be purchased at an extra cost), visual-audio revision sessions and instructional videos, everything you need to prepare you for assessment and develop your knowledge and skills. There are online quizzes to check what you have learnt has ‘sunk in’ as well!
Exercise To Music Course
The Level 2 Exercise to Music qualification is the gateway into the exciting career of group exercise to music. If you are looking to teach classes within health and fitness clubs, set up on your own in community venues, or you want to become a Les Mills Instructor, this is where it all begins.
The client base for this course is broad, with more and more people turning to group exercise as a fun and engaging activity.
You will learn how to plan and deliver your own choreographed exercise to music sessions including warm-ups, cardiovascular and body conditioning, cool-downs and much more!
