You will attend for a day of face-to-face tuition and support, covering the key principles and practices of assessment and providing you with the assessment guidelines for completing and passing the course.
Approximately 2 months later, you will return for day two with your completed portfolio and be observed assessing a practical assessment.
All learners receive a fair and robust assessment of vocational competence. Then, once you’ve fully qualified, you’ll be armed with the tools to ensure you can assess in any vocational qualification you hold.
You will receive an Active IQ manual and Learner Achievement Portfolio and be required to complete some home study worksheets.
