Our Padwork Instructor course covers fitness training techniques employed by boxers ,and explains the punching techniques to be used with clients on punch bags and focus pads.
Following our one day workshop, you’ll have the knowledge and understanding to be able to coach clients in perfecting the four main punches, choosing the right equipment, using mitts and pads as part of their workout and incorporating boxing techniques into a wider training programme.
