“In terms of the positive findings from the assessment, the quality system is well established, simple and effective. Management review and internal audits continue to be completed thoroughly. The management of non-conformities and corrective actions is good. There has been no non-conformities raised during any of the external assessments by CfA.
There are clearly defined sales and quality targets and good performance measurement using a set of KPI’s. These KPI’s show that quality levels are very high, such as for course achievement, teaching observation grades and learner satisfaction. Sales performance is considerably better in 2011, month on month, than in 2010”.
“There is excellent trace-ability of learners from their initial enquiry, through enrolment, ongoing reviews, course attendance, assessment and verification. There are structured tutor/assessor observations and a good IV process which continue to identify improvements in the standard of assessing, teaching and programme delivery.
Focus tutors and assessors are appropriately qualified and suitably experienced. Head office staff are competent and enthusiastic about the products and services they provide”.
