Lower Back Pain Specialists In Demand
Lower back and neck pain has reached a five-year high in Britain, with sedentary lifestyles believed to be the main cause.
More than two in five people now suffer from back and neck pain, a whopping 12 per cent more than this time last year.
The British Chiropractic Association says 70 per cent of people in the Midlands experience back and neck pain before they reach 30. For the rest of the UK, it seems we’re spending way more time than ever hunched over desks, squinting over smartphones and enjoying some well-earned rest on the sofa.

The latest figures on a study* of more than 2,000 adults showed a 32% increase in back and neck pain sufferers. Northern Ireland takes the lead on the number of sufferers, whilst those from the South East get off more lightly.

- Our priorities have changed. Studies say that 41 is the age at which we start to get slack with our strict diets, give up on the health fads and skip our exercise regimes. Read more…
